Warranty Policy (Machines Only)

    •    All Instant Locs Machine™ models come with a 6-month limited repair warranty.

    •    Warranty covers repair of manufacturer defects.

    •    Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

    •    Customers must pay shipping both ways to send machines to the official repair center.

    •    To begin a warranty claim, contact info@instantlocsmachine.com for instructions.

Custom Builds & VIP Editions

    •    All exclusive, custom, and handmade editions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    •    Production times for custom orders range from 3–6 weeks before shipping.

Services & Trainings

    •    All services and trainings are non-refundable.

    •    Cancellations do not qualify for refunds, but rescheduling may be possible by contacting our team in advance.
