    •    Instant Locs Machine™, including its name, logo, designs, and related training materials, are trademarks of Dread House LLC.

    •    All content, including courses, manuals, videos, and educational materials, are the property of Dread House LLC and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without written consent.

2. Liability Disclaimer

    •    The Instant Locs Machine™ is a professional tool intended for trained use only.

    •    By purchasing and using the machine, you acknowledge that Dread House LLC and Instant Locs Machine™ are not responsible or liable for any damage, injury, or unintended results that occur through use or misuse of the product.

    •    All responsibility for safe operation rests solely with the purchaser and/or user.

3. Refund & Return Policy

    •    All sales are final and non-refundable.

    •    Machines, attachments, accessories, courses, trainings, and services cannot be returned or exchanged.

    •    For warranty-related repairs, see Section 4.

4. Warranty Policy

    •    Machines come with a 6-month limited repair warranty against manufacturer defects.

    •    Warranty covers repair only; it does not cover misuse, wear and tear, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

    •    Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways when sending items to the official repair center.

    •    To begin a warranty claim, contact info@instantlocsmachine.com for instructions.

5. Delivery & Shipping

    •    Standard machines ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

    •    Custom builds ship within 3–6 weeks, as each is handmade and painted.

    •    Delivery times may vary for international orders.

    •    Dread House LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once an item has been released to the carrier.

6. Trainings & Courses

    •    Self-paced online courses do not include certificates.

    •    Certificates are awarded only for live trainings (1-on-1, group, or in-person).

    •    Training purchases are final and non-refundable.

    •    Sharing or reselling course materials is prohibited.

7. Services

    •    All service bookings are final and non-refundable.

    •    Services are labor-only and do not include hair unless otherwise stated.

    •    A 20–30 minute virtual planning session is included after booking to finalize details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States and the state of Texas.

    •    You’re not responsible for any damage from using the machine.

    •    All sales are final.

    •    Warranty is limited, 6 months, customer pays shipping.

    •    Delivery timeframes are spelled out (5–7 days for standard, 3–6 weeks for custom).

    •    Courses and services are non-refundable, non-shareable.
